Do I need to be home for the installation?

No, you don't need to be present. While we'd love to meet everyone, we can complete your styling while you're at work or away. We'll coordinate access details and send photos of your completed display.

Can I choose my installation date?

Most packages include installation week selection (we coordinate the specific day and time within your chosen week). Our Heritage Masterpiece clientsreceive personal calendar scheduling to select their exact preferred date and time.

How long do the displays last?

Yes! Our service includes material sourcing, delivery, styling (basic arrangement to full professional design depending on package), care instructions, and optional post-season removal. You simply enjoy the results.

Are there additional costs beyond the package price?

Package prices include everything needed for a complete installation. Add-on services are clearly priced and entirely optional: professional design service ($75 for packages that don't include it), corn stalks ($65), mums ($55), and removal service ($50-200).

Presale customers save $50-$249 depending on package tier, receive priority scheduling, and get first access to our rarest varieties. Limited presale spots available - only 100 total bookings accepted. Popular packages sell out quickly during presale period.
